Environmentally-friendly cutting hydrogen mixed gas "Hydrocut"

A clean cutting gas that replaces acetylene. It is safe and less likely to backfire, and can reduce CO2 emissions by 70%! Cost reduction is also possible.

Hydrocut is a gas that mixes hydrogen, a clean energy source, with ethylene. It can be used for cutting various types of steel, as well as for brazing, bending, distortion correction, chipping, and gouging, just like traditional acetylene. It also contributes to cost reduction. ■ "Safety" - Less likely to cause backfire (for galvanized steel sheets, rusty plates, etc.) - Lighter than air, making it less likely to accumulate ■ "Environmental Impact" - Low radiant heat reduces the rise in body temperature for workers during long hours of work - CO2 emissions can be reduced by 70% compared to acetylene ■ "Workability" - Produces little soot, making it less likely for the nozzle to clog, and keeps both the workpiece and the workspace clean - Gas can be extracted regardless of the outside temperature - The quality of the cutting surface is good, and it can cut high-tensile steel just as well as acetylene (less slag and distortion, no burning at the cutting edge) - Has heating performance equivalent to acetylene, with less distortion and burning due to flame concentration - Supply is possible with medium-sized gathering containers (cardules), which was not feasible with acetylene 【Demonstrations are also available】 *Please inquire for applications!

Hydrogen-based cutting and melting mixed gas "Hydrocut"

A new cutting gas based on hydrogen that excels in safety (backfire prevention), environmental impact (CO2 reduction), heat stroke measures (radiant heat reduction), and economy (low cost).

Hydrogen gas does not produce CO2 during combustion, making it a focus as a clean gas. (Please consider it for SDGs and decarbonization measures.) "Hydrocut" is a mixed gas developed for hydrogen-based cutting applications. Like acetylene, it also provides good quality cutting surfaces. Additionally, due to its low radiant heat, it reduces heat during work, and the amount of CO2 produced can be significantly reduced compared to propane and acetylene. 【Features】 ■ Difficult to backfire ■ No soot, making it less likely to clog the nozzle ■ Low CO2 emissions ■ Low radiant heat, resulting in minimal thermal impact 【Applications】 ■ Cutting ■ Gouging ■ Chipping, flushing ■ Distortion removal, bending ■ Brazing ■ Pressure welding ■ Thermal spraying *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
